AFS 3.3 on next_mach30?

We are installing AFS 3.3 on a NeXTStation, after upgrading to NeXTStep
3.2.  Unfortunately, I have been unable to get Transarc's loginwindow or
loginwindow.krb to work in place of the one provided with NeXTStep 3.2. 
Does anyone have any insight into this problem?
