FIRST NEW YORK USERS GROUP MEETING FOR DCE/ENCINA
This is to announce the formation of the NY local users group
dedicated to the advancement of client/server distributed computing
using DCE, Encina and other DCE-based products.
The purpose of this group is to:
* discuss issues related to deployment and use of the above
technologies.
* have a platform for discussing the need for new features, utilities
and tools for the above technologies, and make the vendors aware of
this need.
* get in touch with other users of these technologies.
If you are a developer, end user, consultant, or DCE/Encina vendor,
you may want to be among the talent gathering to discuss how to use
these technologies to achieve your business goals. We will meet on
April 13 at Lehman Brothers building at 388 Greenwich Street, NYC. It
is our intent to meet periodically to discuss how to accelerate the
progress of DCE and Encina by collaborating with colleagues who are
on the same mission.
