AFS 3.3 ( Limiting Consecutive Failed Authentication Attempts)

I am a AFS user in yamato.ibm.com cell.
I am planning to upgrade AFS from 3.2 to 3.3.
Then, I would like to use 'Limiting Consecutive Failed
Authentication Attempts' in the future.
Could you tell me What problem you have?
