Application server principal in AFS cell

Hi:

I am using "rxkad" security module for an application.  ("Rxkad" is
supposed to be usable by applications. Right?)   How can I add an
application server principal to the AFS authentication database?
"Kas create"?

How can I create and maintain the key file for the application server?

Without these facilities, "rxkad" seems to be useless to applications.
