I would like to be able manipulate kaserver keys directly, so that I can
export existing keys in an MIT database to AFS kaserver (yes I am aware of the
problems). The notes for KAM_SetPassword and friends say "This call requires
an RPC connection encrypted with an AdminTicket", but gives no indication of
how to open the connection.

Does anyone have a working code fragment? The Rx manual looks terrifying, and
I'd prefer not to resort to an expect driven kas script if at all possible.

BTW, when one *has* opened such a connection, how does KAM_SetPassword know,
there being no ubik_client argument with which to tell it?
