The "-volumes" flag to afsd specifies the number of volume cache
entries to be used.  The default is 50.  The strange thing is,
I don't see how you can make there be anything other than 50
entries, since the value of "-volumes" is passed along, but
apparently never used in the kernel (afs_CacheInit()).
