The answer to the quesion is "no", but the question is interesting.
What we have done is to write a K-shell interface to several AFS (and
other Unix) commands, so as to render interpretation easier for users, do
lookups to see if user is in a group so as to really return the user's
permission on a particular file, etc. Our script is probably far simpler
than what you want, but I also would be interested in any more
user-friendly (or administrator-friendly) interfaces to AFS commands.
