We noticed similar problems; apparently there's a bug that causes the cache manager to sometimes not resend missed packets. I've installed a daemon on our machine that re-checks the cells we consider "interesting" every so often. It generates some network traffic, but it's not too bad and does cut down on the problem a lot. -- Jeffrey T.
