Hello,

I have installed AFS 3.3a on SPARC-20 running Solaris 2.3 release everything
working ok, but when I tried to use login binnary that came with AFS 3.3a
I ran to the following problem:

# ./login
Segmentation Fault core dumped

# ./login.krb
Segmentation Fault core dumped

Transarc told us that Solaris 2.3 is not installed or configure correctly,
my question is if this true why system is up and running without any crashing
and other things like automount and NIS and C and Fortan compiler are all
working without any problem.

Also I could run the program that were compiled under SunOS 4.X on Solaris 2.3
without any problem.
What we are doing now is login to the system first then we do klog in order to
be able to see the AFS file system.

I would appreciate if anyone could let me know what do I need to do to fix this
problem and share your experince of running AFS 3.3a on Solaris 2.3 on SPARC-20
with 4 CPU as a AFS client.

Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.

Thank you,
Amir Ilbeig
