What am I missing here?  I'm able, using the Transarc binaries, to execute
commands via rsh with authentication, rcp stuff, the whole bit.  I've opted
to not use rlogin so can't say anything about that but rsh and the others
certainly work.  (You are using the AFS inetd aren't you?)
