Yes, we have such a beast and more. The package is called the
"Migration ToolKit" -- it consists essentially of two components:
1. a afs-dfs protocol translator (ie, takes requests from AFS
clients and makes requests to the DFS servers)
2. a "data-mover" -- takes AFS volume dumps and produces DFS
fileset dumps (can be run on-line to convert a volume to a fileset, or
can be run to read the backup tapes to restore volumes into filesets).
Tries to do the "right thing" with acl translations too.
There are also a whole bunch of ancilliary programs/scripts that help
one move user accounts and groups from the AFS databases into the DCE
secd.
