No.  There are several cases in which the volume header doesn't
properly reflect the state of the VLDB.  This happens all the time for
readonly volumes, but could probably happen for the RW as well.

More accurate information can be obtained from the "vos examine"
output that comes after the blank line.  The lower section comes from
the VLDB, which is correct in all normal situations.  "vos listvldb"
will retrieve this information more quickly.
