AFS through the firewall, port zero/256 UDP packets

We did some sniffing today, and I can now confirm that these are indeed
IP fragments as you suspected, Lyle.  Clearly the filters on my firewall
do not understand fragmantation, and are displaying continuation data as
port numbers!  Thanks for your help....
