I tend to concurr. Right now we have a program in place
that has a kerberos ticket stashed, and a script determines whether
a particular SA has the right to release a volume. It's admittedly
kludgy. Doing this operation should be part of the AFS software.
Besides, it would give the "a" bit more meaning than just setting
quotas on a volume....
