I am administrator of AFS at titech.ac.jp. The AFS server here has already been stopped. But many paclets related to AFS are reached at afs1.cs.titech.ac.jp(IP address is 131.112.80.1). In addition, the packekts are also sent to old IP address of our cell, 131.112.28.28. Would you remove two IP addesses, 131.112.80.1 and 131.112.28.28 from your CellServDB?
