Have you tried using "fs whereis"? For example:
Ready> fs whereis /afs/athena
File /afs/athena is on hosts CHARYBDIS.MIT.EDU HYDRA.MIT.EDU SCYLLA.MIT.EDU
HECATE.MIT.EDU
It wont tell you exactly which host you are coming from, however,
since that can dynamically change as you switch readonly volumes due
to network outages, etc.
Is this what you wanted? Or were you hoping to know which RO copy you
were using?
