We configure our clients to update their CellSrvDB daily from cron. This
makes it much more feasible to keep local clients syncronized when it
becomes necessary to move AFS database servers.

The script that we use (a local copy of
/afs/bu.edu/common/etc/update_afs_cellservdb.pl on each system)
syncronizes all public cells that we have most recently picked up from
Transarc's master list. It issues the appropriate 'fs newcell' commands
so that reboots are not required. The maintenance script to keep the
CellServDB syncronized with our local servers is in
/afs/bu.edu/common/etc/maint.

These should only need some minor configuration changes to run elsewhere.
I hope someone else finds them useful.
