Someone has configured your repository with a loginfo script which is
trying to open an X windows session somewhere and failing. I'd suggest you
contact your repository administrator. If this is you, contact your
predecessor and look in CVSROOT/loginfo or CVSROOT/commitinfo for some
scripts to do some tricky things.
