checked of course.

Sounds to me like you have an old version of the WinCvs - get yourself a new 
one and it will work...

Hm...? Never seen this one, but here is my WinDiff location:

C:\Program Files\DevStudio\VC\bin\Windiff.exe

See the 'blanks'? It works. Do you also have the old version?
