There's one up on <http://cvshome.org>.  Follow the link in the left 
navbar to the CVS FAQ.  It isn't extraordinarily well maintained, but 
volunteers are welcome!

<http://mail-archive.com> keeps a pretty good searchable archive too. 
 There's supposed to be one on cvshome.org, but it's pretty broken at 
the moment.
