To me, it's like a vending machine which rejects a perfectly good quarter. The problem isn't with the quarter, it's with the machine. The machine should be loose enough to accept almost all legitimate change. There would be some slight danger that occasionally it would accept a counterfeit. You have been bouncing back a lot of legitimate mail. The rest of us are not flooded with junk mail, yet we get all of our legitimate mail. I consider your mail system to be broken. This is especially annoying because you send a lot of mail, and a lot of it is incendiary. Jerry
