Back in the "old days", Cyclic used to provide fee-based support for 
CVS, and they had clearly visible rates on their site.  Does anyone 
know if SourceGear, or rather, OpenAvenue, provides fee-based CVS 
support, or must one go to third party consultants now?

The SourceGear site lists some consultants, but they seem more like 
pay-by-the hour kind of arrangements than the kind of pay-by-the-year 
help desk arrangement that Cyclic used to provide.
