Yes, that seams nessansay on win98. I have noted that WinNT updates automatically.

I have tested the problem with the lost date/time, when connecting to a remote server, 
(Actually the testserver mention'ed on this page: http://www.bluefish.se:8080/sqcvs.1 )
It works like a charm, and does'nt give the files the current date when checking out.

So it must have somthing to do with using a cvs in a local fashion. (That is without a 
real CVS server)
As far as I can see Win98 and WinNT reacts the same in this respect.

This works OK now. I just was'nt sertain where " branch-release-1-0", "head" and 
"1.6.2.4" came from. That is clear to me now.

It does show up now. Althoug I had expected that when checking out with the "head" 
pseudo tag, the tag column would only show "head" for files modified since last tag of 
that particular file.
