Try something like

     cvs checkout -D "2000-02-28 14:14" myModule ...

Note that times in CVS are ALWAYS in UTC.

We're trying to check-out a tree according to date.
We're following the instructions in the manual, and for some reason we
fail.
Can we get (very) specific information as to what the date format
should be.
