Tam,
I'm slightly familiar with the VS 6.0 environment, and know that there is
a published API for source control for the main VS 6.0 applications (VB,
VC++, VJ++) but have not tried to work with it myself.
I believe this information is available from the Microsoft web site -
under the Visual Studio banner: http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/
I've tried to find it, but haven't been very lucky.
I know it exists because Intersolv's PVCS uses this interface, as does
SourceOffSite - from the SourceGear folks (new maintainers of CVS). You can
find them at http://www.sourcegear.com/
I own SourceOffSite, and am very happy with it.
One can only hope that SourceGear can transfer the knowledge from their
SourceOffSite team to the CVS team and make CVS with within VS 6.0.

                Thanks,
                        Bob ([EMAIL PROTECTED])

Subject: Integrate CVS in Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 Environment

Hi everybody,

I have the following problem :

Our repository is on HP-UX machine. But there are some developers who
work
with Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0. And they would like to use CVS like
Source Code System.

I would like to find a best way to integrate CVS in the Visual Studio
Environment.

Thanks in advance for your solution !!!
Tam Nguyen.
