It works fine, however you have to do a fair abount of hacking with the default
commit_prep/log_accum.pl files before they
can run under NT. If you just want to call blat.exe loginfo (you get an email for
each directory modified), it's documented
in the CVS manual (just replace 'mail' with 'blat')
