setup problem from a WinCVS user

Hy,       I have tryed to install WinCvsServer on WindowsNT and I can not connect to it.I have client 1.1b12.First I have downloaded the binary files from the web site and I had started the server.Then I had installed the client and I try to connect and nothing . How can I set SystemAuth=yes?Please help me.       Thanke,         Chira Valentin
