I don't think it is good to put this kind of things into the official
release of CVS. This is a bloat feature. But I do think it is useful to
write a script and distribute it together with CVS for doing that.
In fact I would like to have the information about the locks on the file
when I do cvs status, possibly in the "Status: " line, separated by comma.
But I don't mind to have a separate line saying: "Locks: Locked by xxxx".
THAT would be really useful!
