Doing the import on Unix and then using cvs admin to set binary mode
where needed is easiest. If that's not possible, then you may be able
to do the import in pieces -- doing all the binary files first, then the
text files, for example. (Note that reimporting a file has no effect,
which makes this less painful than it might be.) If the files are too
scattered to make that feasible, then you'll most likely have to fall
back to using cvs add and commit instead of import, which means no
vendor branch and thus no easy way to track third-party sources.
