I think this decision to mingle keyword expansion and distinction between text
and binary files is a real design flaw. The problem is that you can't use e.g.
cvs co -kk on a Windows machine if there are binary files in the directory
tree, as the -kk option overrides -kb in this case (and maybe also in other
cases) as far as I have seen.
I wonder whether we ever could separate these two things again without losing
backward compatibility?
