Stefan Monnier is the current maintainer of PCL-CVS and his work builds
on mine, which was basically just a cleanup of Per Cederqvist's last
un-released beta (i.e. I started with a copy of Per's original CVS
repository and integrated most of the stuff that had been added to the
version once distributed with CVS).
