For those interested, I've just submitted all my patches (so far) to the
SourceForge RCVS project. These patches include:
Bug fixes:
1. so "cvs edit" records the correct working directory (when executed from a
parent directory).
2. backups allowed over existing, read-only backup files
3. default fileattr set on newly added files

Enhancements (some could be considered bug fixes):
1. "cvs edit -c" and "cvs edit -f" to provide earlier communication among
developers.
2. "cvs unedit -e" to allow specification of editor to unedit.
3. multiple edits per user per file allowed.
4. "cvs ci -c" added to abort commit if valid edits don't exist.

Other changes (most of which are my preferences towards CVS behaviour):
1. "cvs up" changed so as not to unedit files.
2. "cvs unedit" changed to keep local modifications.

That would be great if you could. Presumably the bug in watch will be in a new
version of these patches, or will that be a separate patch?
