There are serious problems with the -t/-f wrapper code that can cause
data loss, so they were disabled a long time ago (in CVS 1.9.28) until
someone could fix it. So far, no one has. If you really need -t/-f
wrappers, I suggest you either look at fixing the code yourself or
hiring someone to do it for you (see "Dealing with bugs in CVS or this
manual" in the Cederqvist manual).
