Can anyone point me to a "how-to" out there on
setting up a remote CVS repository on a Linux Box and setting up access by Win98
running a WinCVS client? The Windows client will also need dial-up support - is
this practical?
I started down this path after reading
in Alevooor Vasudevan's CVS-RCS-HOW-TO document for Linux, "
There is also a Windows 95
client for CVS, and is called WinCVS http://www.wincvs.org WinCVS can be used along
with Samba - http://www.samba.org". So, I have all
the pieces working individually but I haven't found any document on putting them
all together. Can someone point me to information on the next
step?
Thanks! ... and sorry for the newbie question -
