I'm running CVS version 1.10.7 on RedHat 6.2 and accessing it from windows using WinCVS 1.0.6. Some of the developers are worried that they may accidentally remove a file(s). I know it is fairly easy to get the previous version back but this isn't good enough for them. What would be ideal is if cvs could be set so that only certain people (senior developers) had permissions to delete files. I am new to CVS and Linux, I apologise if this is an obvious question.
