My vote is that it is definitely worthwhile.
Like cvsweb, some will use it some wont, but as long as it doesnt rely on
mods to CVS or Bugzilla itself, then it will gain a good initial following,
and gain.
I'd be willing to chip in a bit of effort for an NT port as reqd.
