Mirroring repositories?

Hi, I am Tripko and I have question(s) about CVS:

Can I have several repositories (which contains the same projects) on
different servers (something like mirroring repositories) and one
central repository? If I can, how can I take changes from one
repository and update another via mail (by exchange only the
difference stored in some file(s))? If there any tool for that?
