error on the server-side

Hi,

I am using cvs-1.10.7 on a RedHat 6.2 box, and we get sometimes this error:

fileattr.c:52: fileattr_stardir: Assertion 'unrecog_head = ((void *) 0)'
failed

Is this problem fixed in 1.10.8?
