Hello, I'd imagine that I should not be able to edit, update or commit a file after I run a "cvs release" command. However, after I ran the command in both UNIX and WinCVS, I can still perform edit, update, commit a file that has been "un-checked-out". Am I missing the spirit of "cvs release" here?
