I already knew the workaround from the CVS manual. The drawback to the
workaround is I have to place a hidden file in every directory.
So, let me get back to my 1st question, and rephrase it.

1. By deleting the "foo" directory in the CVS repository, will I
disrupt any CVS administrative info kept in CVSROOT? In other
words, any repercussion by doing so?
Again, thanks for your help.
