Date Bug

        Hi, I'm trying the command:

        fvs history -e -D "5/20/2000"

        and get the error:

        cvs [history aborted]: Can't parse date/time: 5/20/2000

        but if I use the year 1999 it works fine!!! What should I do? The
version of CVS that I am working on is 1.9.
