Read Section 2.9 "Remote repositories" of the CVS-manual to get
information about it.  If you use [rs]sh to access the repository, then
every user _needs_ an account and has to create the file ~/.rhosts (CVS
doesn't ask you for authentication...). This might be an security hole.
