It means that StdSchema_gp_Mat.ixx already exists in the repository but
the version in your working directory didn't come from it (i.e., it was
created independently rather than being checked out of CVS). You
probably want to rename your version temporarily, check out the version
from the repository, and then merge any changes and commit the result.
