merging

Hello,

I noticed a problem when doing merge in that way that the cvs doesn't
trying to merge all of the files.

this an example of what im doing :

cd FIRST_BRANCH_NAME
cvs update -j SECOND_BRANCH_NAME

after that i did diff between all of the files in the two branches, and
i saw a lot of files that the diff find a different that ware not
touched by the cvs when doing the update -j .

any idea why is that ?
