I remember me fixing this bug still present in your repository:

Given the seriousness of the latest security fixes, I wouldn't even mind
using the today's snapshot of CVS.
I believe that you should put "ccvs ccvs" to the modules files. I think
CVS is not supposed to list the top level directories (but the output is
strange, maybe there is some buggy code that was supposed to do it).
