You are kidding, aren't you? Rebooting the server? Why should he reboot
the server (UNIX != Windows), if he made changes to the modules file?
Why does he need the modules file anyway?
By the way, please try to quote correctly. At least, do not quote a
whole mail! And since your signature is often longer than your mail
body, I would appreciate if you could use a "-- " at the top of your
signature. Some mail user agents can drop the signature automatically
then.
