Toyed around with this thing. Forgot the name of the gentleman who tried to help. I added the 10.0.0.172:cvspserver to the machine and it doesn't work. So here are my questions: Can this IP be an aliased IP or does it have to be bound to another ethernet card? If it can be an aliased IP, what operating system were you running that allowed you to add the ip:server format. No matter what I use it on, it seems to lock up CVS or FTP or what ever else I use it on, so something is telling me that I'm not supposed to be able to do this with my OS.
