WinCVS license inquiry

Dear Sir,
    I would to inquiry about the wincvs version 1.10 that I am using. It
is stated that this software under the terms of "Both WinCVS and CVS are
distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public Licence (GPL)."
    Currently I'm using WinCVS under a commercial enviroment in
Motorola, where we develop our codes and store it in a central
repository using WinCVS.
    My question is, can we use it freely or do we need certain approval
to use the copy.
