We have sucessfully got CVS working across the LAN on two linux machines. It made more sense to hold the repositry on the target machine, runnning SCO open server rel. 5. Set up the tree, etc and tried to 'cvs login' ... no problems, until the next cvs command whereby the system tells you to "cvs -d ..." It never reports a login failure, but does not actually seem to login at all, any ideas gratefully received. TIA -- Simon Redwood
