I'm having trouble running CVS on Windows98 2nd Ed. I frequently (7 out of 10 times) get a weird dialog that says the app has performed an illegal instruction. This is not the normal windows crash box. It looks like some special box for old DOS apps. My whole system gets very flaky and I have to reboot soon after one of these crashes. Anyway, I'm using CVS version 1.10.8 and have tried 1.10 and 1.10.5. I even tried compiling my own version and had no success. I'd really like to use this package. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jeff
